The Botanic Gardens of St. Andrews has been described as a hidden gem of Scotland with over 8,000 varieties of ferns, herbaceous plants, shrubs and trees. An ideal spot to relax in if you want to get away from the golf.
St. Andrews cathedral is the largest and one of the oldest in Scotland. Dating from as far back as 1160 this cathedral was consecrated in the presence of Robert the Bruce. Situated within the old city walls, the cathedral museum has an outstanding collection of early Christian and medieval monuments.
During your stay with us we highly recommend that you visit one of the quaint fishing villages of the East Neuk. The villages of Anstruther, Crail (pictured), St Monans, Pittenween and Elie have retained the traditions of centuries old fishing heritage and are all only a short journey away.
